This article walks you through setting up your company profile when you first create your Swotzy account. Completing it ensures your account is configured correctly before you start shipping.
Once you have successfully registered with your email or Google account, it's time to complete your company profile.

Step 1 — Tell Us About Your Business
- Enter your Brand or Store Name
- Select the regions you ship to under Where do you ship to?
- Select the platforms you sell on under Which platforms do you sell on?
- Optionally, enter a URL under Where can we buy your products?
Step 2 — Add Your Contact Information
- Enter your Contact Name
- Enter your Email
- Enter your Phone Number
Step 3 — Enter Your Billing Details
- Enter your Company Registered Name as it appears on your registration documents
- Enter your Registration Number
- Enter your VAT Number (optional)
- Enter your Registered Address, including country, city, and postcode
Step 4 — Set Up Electronic Invoicing
EU law requires companies to be authorised for invoices to be valid without a physical signature. Select the option that applies to you:
- Yes, we're authorised for e-invoicing — your invoices are valid without a physical signature
- No, our invoices require a signature — you haven't set up electronic invoicing yet
Step 5 — Add an Invoice Email
Enter your Invoice Email. If left blank, invoices will be sent to your account email address.
