How to Register on the Swotzy Platform with Email – Help Center

This article explains how to create a Swotzy account using your email address.

Once registered, you can:

Compare prices from leading courier services
Print shipping labels
Arrange parcel and pallet shipments
Request courier pickups

Step 1 — Go to the Registration Page

Go to app.swotzy.com
Click Sign Up

Step 2 — Enter Your Details

Enter your existing email address
Create a password for your Swotzy account

Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 3 of the following: lowercase letters (a–z), uppercase letters (A–Z), numbers (0–9), special characters (e.g. !@#&$%^*).

Step 3 — Verify Your Email Address

Open your email inbox
Find the verification message from Swotzy
Click Verify Your Email Address

You will be redirected to app.swotzy.com with a confirmation that your email address has been verified.

Once you register with email, all future logins must use email. If you try to log in with Google, you will not be able to access your account and will be prompted to create a new one.

Next Steps

Your email address is now verified. To start using Swotzy, you need to complete your company profile.
