How to Activate the Swotzy Plugin for WooCommerce

Result After Activation

Once the plugin is installed and configured:

• Parcel locker delivery can be offered at checkout
• Supported carriers can be assigned to shipping methods
• Your store connects to Swotzy using your API token
• Parcelshop data is synchronized automatically

Supported Carriers

The plugin supports the following carriers:

• Omniva
• DPD
• Venipak
• Itella (Smartposti)
• Pasts
• Lietuvos Paštas
• Unisend
• NovaPost

Before You Start

Make sure that:

• WooCommerce is installed and active on your WordPress store
• You have an active Swotzy account
• You have access to your Swotzy API token

If you do not have a Swotzy account yet, register at app.swotzy.com.

Step 1 — Install the Swotzy Plugin

1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel
2. Go to Plugins > Add New Plugin
3. In the search field, type Swotzy for WooCommerce
4. Click Install Now
5. Click Activate

The plugin is now installed.

Step 2 — Set Up Shipping Methods

1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones
2. Select the relevant shipping zone
3. Add the shipping methods you want to offer (for example, Flat Rate or Free Shipping)

Shipping methods must be created before assigning carriers.

Step 3 — Open Swotzy Plugin Settings

1. Go to WooCommerce
2. Click the Swotzy Shipping tab

This is where you will connect your store to Swotzy.

Step 4 — Enter Your API Token

1. Log in to your Swotzy account
2. Copy your API token
3. Paste the token into the API field in the plugin settings
4. Click Save

Your WooCommerce store is now connected to Swotzy.

Step 5 — Assign Carriers to Shipping Methods

1. After saving your API token, scroll to the Carrier Mapping section
2. Use the dropdown menus to assign a carrier to each shipping method
3. If you do not want to assign a parcel locker, select — No parcelshop —
4. Save your changes

Parcel locker delivery is now configured.

Parcelshop Data Synchronization

The plugin automatically connects to the Swotzy API once per day to synchronize parcelshop data.

Information Shared During Sync

• Shipping country
• Selected carrier
• API token
• Anonymous analytics and debugging data

Purpose of Data Sharing

• To update parcelshop locations
• To maintain plugin functionality

Synchronization happens automatically once per day.

FAQ

Does the plugin support the WooCommerce block-based checkout?

No. The plugin supports the classic WooCommerce checkout only.
