⚠️ Packages weighing more than 25 kg require a special heavy package label.

⚠️ For packages with a large size-to-weight ratio, the dimensional weight may be greater than the actual weight. In such cases, UPS will charge based on the dimensional weight.

⚠️ Packages that exceed the specified size limits but do not surpass the maximum size limit for a single package by UPS may be subject to a Large Package Surcharge.

Complaint submission deadlines

• If the package is damaged – 14 calendar days (including the delivery date) from the actual delivery date.
• If the package is lost (not scanned) – 60 calendar days from the actual pickup date.

Shipment Content Restrictions

The following items are prohibited from being shipped to all countries where UPS services are provided (except under a specific contract agreement):

• Alcoholic beverages
• Plants
• Baggage shipped separately
• Hazardous materials/dangerous goods (according to IATA and ADR regulations)
• Live animals
• Wild animal skins
• High-value items (e.g., artwork, antiques, precious stones, gold, and silver)
• Jewelry and watches (except for costume jewelry and watches valued at less than USD 500 or the equivalent in local currency per package; Costume jewelry and watches: jewelry and watches with a retail price below USD 150 per item that do not contain precious metal(s) or gemstone(s))
• Furs
• Cash, securities, and prepaid cards
• Personal effects (except in select countries where deliveries are linked to subscriber mailboxes)
• Pornographic materials
• Perishable goods
• Seeds
• Firearms
• Tobacco and tobacco products
• Ivory and ivory products
• Personal effects generally refer to items belonging to the sender for personal use, which have been in their possession for at least 6 months. The exact definition of personal effects may vary by country (based on applicable customs regulations). For more information, please contact our customer service center.
• Baggage shipped separately means suitcases, luggage, backpacks, briefcases, and similar items, regardless of content (unless they can be shipped empty, unlocked, and properly packaged, according to UPS guidelines).

Additionally prohibited: the movement of goods under an ATA Carnet, all temporary exports and imports, the movement of goods under FCR, FCT, and CAD (‘Cash Against Document’ transactions); shipments with inherent defects that by nature could cause stains, damage, or injury to people, goods, or equipment; goods whose transport is prohibited by the laws of the origin, transit, or destination country (e.g., ivory and ivory products); goods subject to excise taxes (e.g., alcoholic beverages) or requiring special equipment, safety measures, or permits. According to applicable laws, certain items may only be transported under specific conditions, and some items are prohibited from being transported by air (e.g., liquids in glass containers).
