- Pickup for this service will be scheduled automatically as soon as you create a label.
- Deliveries are made within 3 hours from the time the shipment is created.
- Shipments placed after 20:00 will be delivered the next day (QWQER couriers work from 08:00 to 22:00).

Compensation Review Process:
- If any damage occurs, the Customer must submit a written claim within 1 day of delivery.
- The claim should include: The amount of damages, evidence of the condition of the Goods at delivery and at transfer (photos, etc.).
- If a claim is not submitted within this timeframe, the Courier is not responsible and will not consider the case.
- The Courier is not liable for any damages caused to the Customer or third parties after the shipment is delivered to the Customer’s recipient.
- The Courier will fully compensate the Customer for the order value if it is damaged or lost during delivery due to the Courier's fault.
