Delivery Tracking
You can easily track your shipment on the Swotzy Tracking page. Simply click on the specific shipment on the platform to access its tracking link.
Receiving a parcel
The courier will send the recipient a unique parcel locker access code, along with the package pickup instructions, via text message or email.

Compensation |
For damages resulting from lost or damaged shipments valued at up to EUR 500, only the cost of the lost or damaged shipment is reimbursed, provided the Customer submits reliable and valid evidence confirming the shipment's value. If the Customer submits only delivery documents (such as invoices), VENIPAK may reimburse up to 70% of the selling price of the lost or damaged shipment, with a maximum reimbursement of EUR 500. |

Compensation Review Process:
- If claims arise due to a lost shipment and/or part of it, or due to damage to the shipment and/or part of it, the Customer must submit a written claim to VENIPAK no later than 6 (six) months from the shipment date.
- If the claim is not submitted within this period, it is considered that the shipment was delivered properly, and the order was fulfilled satisfactorily. Claims submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
- VENIPAK is obligated to review the Customer's claim regarding the loss, damage, or delay in delivery of the shipment or package and provide a written response within a reasonable time, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the written claim along with all related documents.
- VENIPAK commits to compensating the Customer for damages within 30 (thirty) calendar days (or 90 (ninety) calendar days for international shipments) from the date the written claim is submitted, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer or if objective, VENIPAK-independent circumstances require a longer review period.
