How to send shipments to Amazon Fulfillment Centers?

• Shipments to EU Amazon Fulfillment centers can use any courier service on the platform except for Fedex Connect Plus. This service is designed for deliveries to individuals, offering courier delivery until 10:00 PM.
• For shipments to Amazon Fulfillment centers outside the EU, you can choose any FedEx service. When arranging the shipment on the platform, ensure to mark that you will cover customs charges yourself.

To indicate that you will cover the customs charges when creating a new shipment on the Swotzy platform, on the right side of the page under Order summary, you will find a checkbox labeled Duties payor. Choose Sender, which means you will cover the customs charges instead of the recipient.
