Your account may have been temporarily blocked due to incomplete or incorrect information required for issuing invoices. Please contact our support team at support@swotzy.com, providing your company's official name, registration number, and official registered address to resolve this issue.
Suspicious Shipping Activity
Your account can also be blocked if suspicious shipping activity is detected. In such cases, please contact support@swotzy.com, detailing the shipment contents, destination, and the nature of your business operations.
