How to Integrate eBay with Swotzy

After integration, all completed but undelivered eBay orders will automatically appear in your Swotzy dashboard. This allows you to create shipments without manually entering customer information.

Result After Integration

Once connected:

• Completed but undelivered eBay orders are automatically imported into Swotzy
• Customer delivery details are transferred automatically
• No manual data entry is required
• You can immediately select a courier service and generate shipping labels

Before You Start

Make sure that:

• Your eBay store is active
• You have a Swotzy account

If you don't have a Swotzy account yet, register at app.swotzy.com.

Step 1 — Open the Integrations Section

1. Log in to your Swotzy account
2. In the left-hand menu, click Integrations
3. Select Stores

This will take you to the section where you can connect your e-commerce store.

Step 2 — Connect eBay

1. In the Stores section, click the eBay logo
2. You will be redirected to eBay
3. Log in to your eBay account
4. Click Agree and Continue to approve the connection

Your eBay store is now connected to Swotzy.

Step 3 — Verify Order Import

1. In Swotzy, go to Shipment Overview
2. You will see imported orders from eBay
3. Orders imported from eBay are marked with the eBay logo in the Source column. You can also identify them by the added eBay Order ID.

To process a shipment:

1. Open the order
2. Add any missing shipment details (if required)
3. Select a courier service
4. Generate the shipping label
