This Swotzy integration automatically displays the 5 closest parcel lockers at your store's checkout, based on the customer’s entered address and the carriers you've selected in your Swotzy account settings.
This feature is available if third-party carrier-calculated shipping is enabled on your Shopify store.
It can be accessed with the following plans:
- Shopify Plus and Shopify Advanced
- Shopify Grow (Yearly Billing) – available when you switch to an annual subscription
- Shopify Grow (Monthly Billing) – available by contacting Shopify support and paying an additional monthly fee
Step 1
If you're a new Swotzy user:
To enable this automation, you need to integrate your Shopify store with the Swotzy platform.

If you have already been using integration:
- On the Swotzy platform, go to the Integrations → Stores section and click the Manage button next to your connected store.
- On the right-hand side, under the Parcelshop Mapping subsection, click the yellow Update button.
- You will be redirected to your Shopify store and prompted to update Swotzy’s data access. Click Update to proceed.
Step 2
Select your preferred carriers for each market and set the price that will appear at checkout by clicking the yellow + New Mapping button right under the Parcelshop Mapping subsection.
Your mapping will be saved automatically and reflected in your checkout.
You can edit or delete your carrier selections at any time by clicking the icons on the right-hand side of the table next to each carrier.
Your buyers can now choose their preferred pickup point based on the address they enter at checkout.
