How to delete a created shipment on the platform? – Help Center

To delete or archive created shipments, go to the main Shipments section of the platform.

On the left side of the page, check the boxes next to the shipments you want to take additional actions on.

Once you have selected one or more shipments, two new actions will appear above the table - Archive (to archive shipments) and Delete (to delete shipments).

Before permanently deleting a shipment, make sure you indeed want to irreversibly delete the selected shipments.

If you're unsure whether you'll need information about the created shipments in the future, we recommend using the archive function instead of deletion.

Unlike deleted shipments, which cannot be restored, you can easily access all archived shipments in the Shipments section by clicking on the Show Archived button located above the shipments table in the top right corner.
